Refund policy

Shatterproof Archery is helping more people enjoy more archery. 

  1. What is our policy? As far as refunds and returns go, we trust our customers. If you say it's wrong, we will replace it with what's right.  If you change your mind, we will refund you. To have a refund policy that is so lenient is a little out there, but that's exactly why our customers love us!  We will always care more about the person than the sale or the refund. For returns, shipping is on us. If it is a small and light product we may just send another to you for speed and usability. 
  2. Refund or return eligibility - You are eligible for a return or a refund once you buy a product. We give out refunds and allow returns for 30 days after you receive your order. Beyond the 30 day return-for-refund window, if a product is defective or breaks we will repair or replace it for no charge to you for the lifetime of the product.
  3. How do I get a refund or return? Contact us at contact@shatterproofarchery.com and will get back to you shortly to resolve the issue. 
  4. How long until I get a refund or return? Once you contact us and we decide on what the next move is refunds and returns happen immediately for all orders under $100. For orders over $100 the refund will be processed immediately upon receiving the item in the mail. The payment processor sometimes takes up to 3-10 business days for a refund to process.
  5. How will I get my refund? Refunds will be given to you through the same payment method you chose to purchase the product.
